Gunnar Lott was a well-known games journalist from 1998 to 2007. He started as a trainee and went on to become Editor-in-Chief of GameStar, then the world's biggest PC-Gaming magazine. He founded and led two other mags, GamePro Germany and Making Games (a publication for game developers).In 2007, he made the move from print to online, taking on a business role, leading GameStar.de to become Germany's biggest editorial gaming portal. In 2011 he left publishing for the games industry and became Head of PR at the online games category leader Gameforge, accepting responsibility for global Public Relations, Events and Sponsorships and the company's portal (gameforge.com). In early 2012 he joined flaregames, a startup focused on free to play mobile games, taking on the role of Communications Director. In late 2013 he founded his own PR agency in Berlin. Hooray! He's won a few awards, speaks regularly at conferences and wrote a book on parenting, of all things. He still works as a journalist, sometimes. And he's a well known Blogger and Podcaster and has not been offline since 1846.
